Own Your Mistakes
Day 77 of 365 • FOCUS

Proverb Truth
One of the hardest words in the English language might be these three: “I was wrong.”
For some reason, pride convinces us that admitting mistakes makes us weak. But life has taught me the exact opposite. Strong men apologize. Strong men take responsibility. Strong men stop blaming everyone else and start looking honestly in the mirror.
And honestly, there’s something freeing about that.
Because pretending is exhausting. Defending ourselves all the time is exhausting. Trying to appear perfect is exhausting.
The truth is, God never asked us to be perfect. He simply asked us to be honest. And honesty is where healing begins.
Jesus in Action
Jesus constantly extended grace to broken people who were willing to come into the light.
The woman at the well. Zacchaeus. Peter after his denial. He met honesty with mercy. And He still does.
Forged Wisdom
Epictetus wrote: “If you want to improve, be content to be thought foolish and stupid.”
Humility has always been the doorway to growth.
The No Limits Challenge
Own one mistake today without excuses.

Father, protect me from pride. Give me the humility to acknowledge my failures and the courage to trust Your grace. Amen.
