Don’t weary yourself to be rich. In your wisdom, show restraint. Why do you set your eyes on that which is not? For it certainly sprouts wings like an eagle and flies in the sky.

The chapter opens the whole book by naming the starting point. Not intelligence, not experience. Reverence.
Wisdom is described as silver and hidden treasure. Both take work to reach. Neither shows up on the surface.
The most quoted verses in the book are also the hardest. Your own understanding is not evil. It is just not enough to carry a life.
Everything else flows from the heart, so the chapter treats it as infrastructure. You protect what everything else depends on.
