Joy Was Hiding in Plain Sight

Proverb Truth
If there’s one thing I wish I had understood earlier, it’s this: Joy was never as far away as I thought.
For years, I searched for it in accomplishments. Success. Milestones. Future plans. But over time, I began to discover something beautiful. Joy had been hiding in plain sight. In family dinners. In friendships. In quiet mornings. In worship. In conversations. In ordinary Tuesdays. In sunsets and grandchildren and laughter.
And perhaps that’s because joy isn’t found somewhere else. It’s found right where God is. And God has been present all along.
Jesus in Action
Jesus promised abundant life. Not someday. Today. Because His presence transforms ordinary life into holy ground.

The No Limits Challenge
Slow down enough to notice joy today.
Prayer
Father, thank You for the joy that comes from Your presence. Open my eyes to the beauty You’ve placed around me and help me enjoy the life You’ve already given. Amen.
