God Was Working While I Was Worrying

Proverb Truth
Looking back, I smile sometimes at how much time I spent worrying. Worrying about things that never happened. Worrying about outcomes I couldn’t control. Worrying about questions that eventually answered themselves.
And all the while, God was working. Quietly. Patiently. Faithfully.
I’ve come to realize that while I was worrying, He was preparing. While I was doubting, He was providing. While I was waiting, He was working.
And honestly, that realization humbles me. Because it reminds me that God has never been surprised. Never rushed. Never anxious.
Jesus in Action
Jesus never panicked. He trusted His Father completely. And because He trusted, He lived with peace.

Marcus Aurelius wrote: “You have power over your mind—not outside events.” And perhaps peace comes when we surrender outside events to God.
The No Limits Challenge
Release one worry you’ve been carrying.

Father, forgive me for the times I have worried instead of trusted. Thank You for working behind the scenes in ways I could not see. Amen.
