Be the Safe Place

Proverb Truth
I’ve come to believe that one of the greatest compliments a man can receive is this: “I feel safe around you.” Not physically alone. Emotionally. Spiritually. Relationally.
Do the people closest to me feel encouraged when they see me? Or anxious? Do they feel accepted? Or judged?
Love creates safety. Patience creates safety. Grace creates safety.
Jesus in Action
People who were broken, weary, and hurting continually ran to Jesus. Because they found grace there.
Forged Wisdom
Seneca wrote: “Wherever there is a human being, there is an opportunity for a kindness.” Kindness transforms houses into homes.
The No Limits Challenge
Ask yourself: “Do the people I love feel safe with me?”
Prayer
Father, help me become a source of peace and encouragement. Teach me to love with patience and grace. Amen.
