Healthy Men Serve Longer

Proverb Truth
The men I admire most aren’t obsessed with themselves. They’re simply trying to remain useful. Because healthy men can serve longer. Healthy men can travel with their wives. Healthy men can play with grandchildren.
The body is not the mission. But it supports the mission. And I want to remain in the game for as long as God allows.
Jesus in Action
Jesus poured Himself into others. Strength was never about Himself. It was always about others.

Musonius Rufus wrote: “Strength is best measured by usefulness.”
The No Limits Challenge
Ask yourself: “Am I stewarding my health so I can continue loving and serving others?”

Father, help me use my strength wisely. May my health become a blessing to those around me. Amen.
