Stress Has a Price

Proverb Truth
There was a season when I believed that carrying stress was simply part of being responsible. But eventually, I discovered that stress always sends a bill.
Our bodies were never designed to carry yesterday’s regrets, today’s responsibilities, and tomorrow’s fears all at the same time.
Peace isn’t found in controlling everything. It’s found in trusting the One who already holds everything.
Jesus in Action
Even in the face of enormous pressure, Jesus continually withdrew to spend time with His Father. Peace must be protected.

Musonius Rufus wrote: “The soul becomes dyed with the color of its thoughts.” What we dwell on matters.
The No Limits Challenge
Give one burden to God today. Stop carrying something He never asked you to carry.
Prayer
Father, thank You that I don’t have to hold the world together. Help me release my anxieties into Your hands. Amen.
