July  •  Day 14

Your Pace Matters

Day 195 of 365  •  BALANCE

If you have found honey, eat only enough for you, lest you have your fill of it and vomit it.

Proverbs 25:16 (ESV)

Proverb Truth

I’ve learned that not everything in life needs to happen immediately. God created seasons. Days and nights. Work and rest. And perhaps He did that because He knew we weren’t designed to sprint forever.

Pace matters. Because what we do quickly, we often struggle to sustain. But what we build patiently tends to endure.

Jesus in Action

Jesus was never hurried. He moved with purpose. But He also moved with peace. And somehow, despite never rushing, He accomplished everything His Father called Him to do.

Forged Wisdom

Marcus Aurelius wrote: “Nature does not hurry, yet everything is accomplished.”

The No Limits Challenge

Slow down enough to enjoy the journey.

Prayer

Father, help me embrace Your timing. Teach me to walk with patience and trust that You are working even when progress seems slow. Amen.
