The Danger of Isolation
Day 174 of 365 • FRIENDS
“Whoever isolates himself seeks his own desire; he breaks out against all sound judgment.”

Proverb Truth
I’ve noticed that when life gets hard, most men retreat. We go quiet. Pull away. Tell ourselves we’re fine.
But isolation magnifies fear. It feeds discouragement. And it allows lies to grow unchecked.
The enemy loves isolated men. Because isolated men are easier to discourage. Easier to tempt. Easier to deceive. But brotherhood brings light into dark places.
Jesus in Action
Even in Gethsemane, Jesus invited His closest friends to stay near. Perhaps vulnerability isn’t weakness after all. Perhaps it’s courage.
Forged Wisdom
Epictetus wrote: “Difficulties show what men are.” And perhaps they also reveal how much we need one another.
The No Limits Challenge
Don’t withdraw. Reach out.
Prayer
Father, protect me from isolation. Give me the courage to seek help and the humility to walk with others. Amen.
