Integrity Pays Dividends

Proverb Truth
When I was younger, I thought success was mostly about working harder than everyone else. And while hard work certainly matters, life has taught me that character matters even more.
Trust takes years to build and only moments to destroy. I’ve known men who made fortunes but lost their reputations. They had wealth, but they didn’t have peace.
Looking back, I’ve discovered that integrity rarely makes headlines. But over time, integrity pays dividends that money can never buy. It produces peace when you lay your head down at night.
Jesus in Action
One of the things that amazes me about Jesus is that He never sacrificed integrity for popularity. He remained faithful to His Father even when doing so led Him toward suffering instead of comfort.
Forged Wisdom
Seneca once wrote: “The greatest wealth is a poverty of desires.” A man who possesses integrity already owns something more valuable than riches. He possesses peace.
The No Limits Challenge
Ask yourself today: “Is there any area of my life where I’m compromising what matters most for something that matters less?”
Prayer
Father, help me value character more than comfort and integrity more than success. Teach me to walk honestly before You and faithfully before others. Amen.
