Patience With People

Proverb Truth
People can be difficult.
Sometimes we’re the difficult ones.
Relationships require patience because people aren’t projects to be managed. They’re souls to be loved.
I’ve discovered that grace grows when we remember how patient God has been with us. After all, none of us arrived where we are overnight.
God has been patient with our fears, failures, and imperfections. And because He has extended grace to us, we can extend grace to others.
Jesus in Action
Jesus demonstrated incredible patience with His disciples.
Even when they misunderstood Him, failed Him, and doubted Him, He continued loving them.
Forged Wisdom
Epictetus taught: “Make the best use of what is in your power, and take the rest as it happens.”
Patience makes relationships stronger.
The No Limits Challenge
Show patience to someone who tests it today.
Prayer
Father, thank You for Your patience with me. Help me reflect that same grace to the people around me. Amen.
