Become Easy to Be Around

Proverb Truth
I’ve noticed something over the years. The people everyone loves being around aren’t necessarily the funniest. Or the wealthiest. Or the smartest. They’re the kindest. The most encouraging. The most peaceful. The easiest to be around.
And honestly, I want to become that kind of man. Not the man who always has to win the argument. Not the man who always needs recognition. Not the man who makes everyone walk on eggshells. But the man whose presence brings peace.
Looking back, I don’t remember many people’s accomplishments. But I certainly remember how they made me feel.
Jesus in Action
People ran toward Jesus. Children loved Him. The weary trusted Him. The broken found hope in Him. Because grace has always been attractive.
Forged Wisdom
Marcus Aurelius wrote: “The best way of avenging yourself is not to become like the wrongdoer.” And perhaps the best way of blessing others is simply becoming someone who brings peace.
The No Limits Challenge
Make life easier for someone today.
Prayer
Father, help me become the kind of man whose presence reflects Your love. Teach me to be gracious, peaceful, and encouraging. Amen.
