A Soft Answer

Most battles are won—or lost—by how you respond. Not what happens to you. Not what’s said to you. But how you answer.

Because reaction is easy. It’s immediate. Emotional. Instinctive. And in the moment, it feels justified. But what it produces often costs more than it solves.

You’ve likely seen that. A situation that escalated—not because it had to—but because of how it was handled. And another that settled—because someone chose restraint.

That’s control.
