Protect Your Mind
Day 26 of 365 • FAITH
“My son, be attentive to my words; incline your ear to my sayings.”
— Proverbs 4:20–22 (ESV)
Proverb Truth
What we feed grows. That applies to our bodies, our relationships, and our minds.
Spend enough time with negativity, and negativity starts to feel normal. Spend enough time consumed by fear, and fear begins to shape the way we see everything.
The same is true with God’s truth.
What we repeatedly place before our eyes eventually finds its way into our hearts.
Solomon understood that wisdom isn’t something we stumble into. It’s something we intentionally pursue.
Jesus in Action
Jesus constantly returned to Scripture.
In temptation, in teaching, and even in suffering, God’s Word remained His anchor.
Forged Wisdom
Marcus Aurelius wrote: “The soul becomes dyed with the color of its thoughts.”
What we dwell on shapes who we become.
The No Limits Challenge
Spend more time feeding your soul than feeding your distractions.
Prayer
Father, help me fill my mind with things that are true, noble, and life-giving. Shape my thoughts with Your truth. Amen.
