Family Isn’t Perfect

Proverb Truth
Every family has quirks. Every family has disagreements. And if we’re honest, every family has people who occasionally drive us crazy.
But perfection isn’t what holds families together. Grace is. Patience is. Forgiveness is.
If we’re waiting for perfect people before we choose to love, we’ll spend our lives waiting. God keeps choosing us. Not because we’ve earned it. But because that’s what love does.
Jesus in Action
Jesus loved imperfect people. And thank goodness He still does. Because none of us would have much hope without grace.
Forged Wisdom
Seneca wrote: “Wherever there is a human being, there is an opportunity for kindness.” Including the people around our dinner table.
The No Limits Challenge
Extend grace to someone in your family today. Someday you’ll need grace too.
Prayer
Father, thank You for loving me in spite of my imperfections. Help me show that same patience and grace to the people You’ve placed in my life. Amen.
