Proverb Truth
When I was young, I took energy for granted. Now, I appreciate it. Energy to work. Energy to laugh. Energy to serve. Energy to play with grandchildren.
Strength isn’t merely about muscles. It’s about availability. And I want to remain available to my wife, my children, my friends, and the work God still has for me.
Jesus in Action
Jesus poured Himself out for others, but He also withdrew to rest and restore. Even perfect love respected human limitations.

Protect your energy today. Not out of selfishness. Out of stewardship.
