Margin Is a Gift

Proverb Truth
I’ve noticed something about most men. We’re busy. Really busy. And sometimes we secretly wear busyness like a badge of honor.
But constantly living at full speed comes with a price. Eventually, exhaustion catches up. Relationships suffer. Our health declines.
Margin isn’t laziness. Margin is wisdom. It’s leaving room for conversations. Room for prayer. Room for family. Room for friendships. Room for unexpected opportunities to love people.
Jesus in Action
Jesus often withdrew from the crowds. Not because He didn’t care. But because He understood that healthy rhythms were necessary for sustainable ministry.
Forged Wisdom
Marcus Aurelius wrote: “Confine yourself to the present.” Peace often grows when we stop trying to live ten days at once.
The No Limits Challenge
Create margin somewhere in your schedule this week. Protect it.

Father, help me slow down enough to notice Your presence and the people You’ve placed around me. Amen.
