Life Is a Stewardship

Proverb Truth
The older I get, the more I realize that very little actually belongs to me. Everything is a gift. And gifts are meant to be stewarded.
Stewards think differently than owners. Owners cling. Stewards appreciate. Owners demand. Stewards give thanks. Owners become anxious. Stewards trust.
One day we’ll place everything back into His hands. And perhaps the question won’t be, “How much did you accumulate?” But rather, “How well did you steward what I entrusted to you?”
Jesus in Action
Jesus lived with complete surrender to His Father. Everything He had, everything He did, and everything He loved was held with open hands.
Forged Wisdom
Marcus Aurelius wrote: “Receive wealth or prosperity without arrogance; and be ready to let it go.” Open hands are peaceful hands.
The No Limits Challenge
Thank God today for the gifts He’s entrusted to you.
Prayer
Father, thank You for every blessing You’ve placed in my life. Help me steward them wisely and hold them with grateful, open hands. Amen.
