Loyal Friends Are Rare

Proverb Truth
Years ago, I heard someone say that hard times introduce you to your real friends. Because loyalty is easy when life is easy.
I’ve been blessed to have men in my life who stood beside me through disappointments, failures, and seasons of uncertainty. They didn’t always have the answers. But they stayed. And looking back, their presence often mattered more than their advice.
Faithful friends are rare. And rare things are valuable.
Jesus in Action
Jesus remained faithful to His disciples despite their failures. Peter denied Him. Thomas doubted Him. Yet Jesus never stopped loving them. Because real love stays.
Forged Wisdom
Epictetus wrote: “Misfortune shows those who are not really friends.” And perhaps that’s why faithful friends are among God’s greatest gifts.
The No Limits Challenge
Reach out to a friend who has stood beside you through difficult seasons and thank him.
Prayer
Father, thank You for faithful people. Help me become the kind of loyal friend who reflects Your steadfast love. Amen.
