Proverb Truth
Looking back over my life, I can see certain people who arrived at just the right time. Men who saw something in me that I couldn’t yet see in myself.
Wisdom is rarely downloaded overnight. More often, it’s transferred slowly. Over conversations. Over lunches. Over years.
I’ve discovered that one of God’s greatest gifts is placing seasoned men in our lives who can help us avoid unnecessary mistakes. Every man needs someone ahead of him who can say, “Let me tell you what life has taught me.”
Jesus in Action
Jesus spent years pouring into His disciples. He didn’t merely teach them information. He shared His life.
Forged Wisdom
Epictetus wrote: “Only the educated are free.” And some of life’s greatest education comes through those who have already walked the path before us.
The No Limits Challenge
Reach out to someone you respect and thank them for the influence they’ve had on your life.
Prayer
Father, thank You for the people You’ve used to shape me. Help me remain teachable and grateful. Amen.
