Heaven Is Becoming Sweeter

Proverb Truth
One of the things I never understood when I was young was why older believers spoke about heaven with such peace. Now I think I understand.
Because after enough years, heaven becomes sweeter. Not because life becomes less beautiful. Quite the opposite. Life becomes more beautiful. Family becomes more precious. Friendships become richer. Simple moments become sacred.
Over the years, we’ve all said goodbye to people we love. Parents. Friends. Mentors. And while grief leaves an empty chair at the table, hope reminds us that heaven is preparing a greater feast.
Because for believers, goodbye is never forever. It is only for now.
Jesus in Action
Jesus said, “I go to prepare a place for you.” And because He lives, hope lives too.

Think about eternity with hope instead of fear.

Father, thank You for the promise of heaven. Help me live with hope and keep my eyes fixed on things that truly last. Amen.
