Don’t Retire from Purpose

Proverb Truth
I’ve come to believe something that surprises many people. I don’t think men retire from purpose. Jobs? Certainly. Responsibilities? Perhaps. But purpose? Never.
Because purpose is not something we do. It’s something we live.
I’ve watched men retire from careers and become mentors. Grandfathers. Volunteers. Teachers. Prayer warriors. Servants. And honestly, some of the most impactful years of their lives came after they stopped earning paychecks.
Because God never retires His children from usefulness. As long as we have breath, we have influence. As long as we have influence, we have purpose.
Jesus in Action
Even while dying on the cross, Jesus was ministering to others. Purpose remained until His final breath.
Forged Wisdom
Seneca wrote: “As long as you live, keep learning how to live.” Because purpose doesn’t end. It evolves.
The No Limits Challenge
Ask yourself: “Who can I encourage, mentor, or bless today?”
Prayer
Father, thank You that my usefulness is not tied to my age. Help me continue serving, loving, and investing in others for as long as You give me breath. Amen.
